Is hard Anodized or Stainless Steel better?
I'm looking at Kitchen Essentials by Calphalon.
It will just be used for everyday cooking.
Looking for the safest, and easies to use.
Depends on what you are cooking and your style of cooking. The Kitchen Essentials is the lowest grade of Calphalon.
I have their professional series of Stainless for cooking things that will be finished in the oven. Draw back is that is can be a pain to clean.
I have their professional non-stick for everyday use. It cleans really easy and cooks even. I love their ‘everyday pan’.
I have some of the hard Anodized that I received as a gift, also in the professional line, it cooks pretty even but everything sticks to it and it is a pain to clean.
