My true blue safety suction light stays on on my spa, why?
Hi Andre C,
If your spa light is controlled by a switch that you turn on and off yourself, then your switch is faulty and should be replaced. If it comes on automatically, like a dusk-to-dawn light, then it operates by the use of a photo electric eye. If that is the case then it may need to be replaced instead.
If your handy you can probably contact the manufacturer, order the part, and replace it yourself. Before you attempt any repairs, please make sure the power is turned off before repair. And since the appliance you'd be working on is a spa, make sure the area of repair stays dry.
If not you'll have to call a service tech, the manufacturer can recommend a warranty approved company to call (assuming your unit is still under warranty). Hope this helps, good luck.
