What are the basics for western tack?
What are the basics you would need for western tack for a trail horse? ( other than a saddle and pad) and what kind, brand ect.

Other tack is extras. You could try looking at tack swaps for your breast collar, reins, head stall and cinch. I would either get a saddle that is custom for your horse or one that fits the horse (most important!) and you feel comfortable in.
