Can you use black tack for western pleasure and trail classes?
I found a western showing saddle thats black leather with silver, and a matching headstall. Is that acceptible in western pleasure and trail classes? Or should I get chestnut color?
It really all depends on a persons taste. I show outdoors alot and I prefer dark tack. Some people like light tack! It really all depends. A judge will not count off for black tack, but I would only use this on a light horse or a black horse with a white saddle pad to really make them POP and get noticed!
